Rick Isaiah

Divisional VP, North U.S.A.

Rick Isaiah serves as the Divisional Vice President for the North Division. Rick has been serving with FCA since 1999 when he started as the Urban Director. Rick is a graduate of Copley High School (1986) where he excelled in football. He has since been inducted into the Copley High School Hall of Fame. Earning a scholarship to the University of Toledo, Rick continued to excel at football earning All-Conference honors two years in a row (1989-90) and was also served as one of four team captains elected by his teammates. Rick graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications (1991).

Upon graduation, Rick was blessed to play professional football for the Cincinnati Bengals where he played for a year and a half. After the Bengals, he immediately put his degree to use and started working in the banking industry for over eight years. Rick also served as a senior pastor in Toledo for 13 years, planting a church in 2004. Rick resigned from the pastorate in 2013 to focus solely on serving Christ at FCA.  

Rick and his wife, Tanya, reside in Cleveland, Ohio. They have two sons, a daughter and six grandchildren.
