Donita Povolny serves as the Executive Vice President of Motorsports. She has been on staff since 2007, serving first as the motocross director before joining the executive leadership team in 2021. As EVP of Motorsports, she travels the world to grow motorsports ministry through key staff and volunteers that are passionate about seeing their community know Jesus.
Donita grew up near Indianapolis playing basketball, swimming, and tennis but now enjoys hiking, mountain biking and pickleball. She graduated from Ball State University with a B.A. in telecommunications and minor is communications. She met her husband in 2002 who was racing dirt bikes professionally and that is how she was introduced to the motorsport’s world. Traveling around the world while he raced gave her a love for motorsports families. As she came on staff with FCA, she was able to connect the amateur racers and their families with the professional side of sports. This became a great bridge to start doing motocross camps around the country and in Guatemala.
Donita and her husband Jimmy reside in Apple Valley, Minnesota. Now they have 3 boys, James, Eli and Isaac who race dirt bikes, mountain bikes, play hockey and run track.
